This hotel is brand-new and fairly clean with perfect location close to everything and helpful staff.

Decent base for discovering Santa Cruz.

Good value as opposed to other options, perfectly located. Unbelievable view, a beautiful balcony, very spacious bed, too. Clean pool area too. Near the sand beach.

Old bathroom, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

This hotel was really cute, we felt like home. Funny staff who was always available and answered our questions.

Favourable location, warm room with simple decor. The staff was VERY KIND, their service was most courteous. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Westside Santa Cruz district. It was also down highway 1. Late check-out too.

The stay was absolutely very lovely. Staff was apologetic, breakfast was nice hot with coffee, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, pancakes and breads. A lovely beach, great view. Our room, including an ample bathroom, was very well furnished, and very well furnished...

This property was spotless and compact. Staff were happy to help and the service was superb. Located near the white beach. Btw, went to city center, located not too far from the hotel. Totally REALLY UNFORGETTABLE experience.

Facilities were nice, but Wi-Fi was disappointing.

We find it good value in Santa Cruz. Cool room, mountain views. Location was simple in an modern area. Restaurant in hotel was amazing and the pool area was covered.

Really clean property. Perfectly comfortable bed and central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a coffeemaker in the room. The hotel was located about 10 minutes walk from center.

Comfortable bed, very clean rooms, accommodating personnel. For tea and goodies visit The Buttery, located close by...

Warm reception. Room was great value for money. It took only 5 minutes to walk to broadway & ocean street bus stop.
